Why do swans live in the pond?

It is not accurate to say that swans live in ponds. While some species of swans may occasionally visit ponds for various reasons, swans generally prefer and are found in larger water bodies such as lakes, rivers, estuaries, and coastal wetlands. These habitats provide swans with suitable conditions for nesting, feeding, and roosting.
