Did kangaroos live during dinosaur ages?

Kangaroos did not live during the age of dinosaurs. Kangaroos belong to the marsupial family and evolved much later, approximately 15 million years ago, during the Miocene epoch of the Cenozoic era. Dinosaurs, on the other hand, became extinct about 66 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous period.
