How can you grill a fish in microwave?

It is not possible to directly microwave a fish. Microwaves work by rapidly heating water molecules within food. Fish does not contain a significant amount of water and as a result will not heat up sufficiently. To cook a fish, you will need to use a different method such as baking, grilling, or pan-frying.
