Why is the biomass of rocky shore so incredibly large?

This premise is not entirely accurate. While rocky shores can sustain a diverse range of marine life, their biomass is generally not considered higher compared to other marine ecosystems. In fact, ecosystems like coral reefs and kelp forests are well-known for their exceptionally high biomass.
